I understand that for the first two weeks of joining Boppin, my only liability will be the payment of the non refundable enrolment fee.

​I understand that once my child takes part in further classes the payment of term fees applies thereafter and for each subsequent term.

​We do not ask for notice or charge a full terms fees if you wish to leave Boppin at the end of a paid term but please inform us in writing so we can offer a place to children on the waiting lists.

Term fees are due 7 days before the term commences and Boppin reserves the right to refuse entry to any pupil whose fees have not been paid. We will offer non reserved places to those on the waiting list.  A late fee will be imposed if fees have not been paid by the first class of term.

​All fees are subject to increase at any time. There will be no refunds for classes missed by the pupil. Boppin reserves the right to ask a student to withdraw from the class. Boppin has a zero tolerance policy on disruptive or aggressive behaviour towards fellow students, teachers and assistants. Boppin does not accept responsibility for injury, loss or damage to clothing or property.

​To enable the child to understand a correction, teaching will involve in some cases ‘a hands on’ approach, if you would rather this does not happen when teaching your child, please inform Boppin in writing.

Please also note that Boppin can only be responsible for the well being of students during classes, we cannot be held responsible for the safety of the students when they are outside of the dance studio/hall. Students who are not collected on time will be asked to stay in the dance studio/hall until a parent arrives to collect them. Please note Baby Boppin and Mini Boppin students are to be picked up by a parent/guardian in person otherwise they will not be let out of the teachers care.
If your child is in Teenie or Bop and you wish for them to get themselves home please inform Boppin in writing.

In the event of an ‘act of God’ causing the delay or cancellation of a Boppin lesson, the teacher and company is not liable.  These include, but are not limited to: power failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, snow, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of Boppin.

​If classes are cancelled due to any of the above or other circumstances beyond Boppin’s control, you will not be refunded for the for the lessons missed. You will be notified via email, facebook and twitter if classes are cancelled.

​We would also like to make parents aware that occasionally photographs may be taken for publicity purposes and for use on the Boppin website. This may mean your child is in a photograph used. Can we ask if you object to this please put it in writing to us.
